Dose: I.V bolus dose: 1-10 mg slowly I.V. infusion: 10-50 mg/hour (up to 120 mg/hour) (1-20 microgram/kg/min)

Indications: Management of hypertensive emergency requiring immediate lifesaving blood pressure lowering
