Social Media Moderator

Job Description :

 

– Moderate communities including Facebook, Instagram and other similar social media platforms
– Gain & keep the Green Badge of fast & high response rate
– Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
– Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
– Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes

 

Qualification :

  •  Good communication & writing skills
  •  Good knowledge of social media pages management
  •  Ability to work on switched shifts 24/7
  •  Proactive and energetic
