Trentoximal Pentoxifylline Ampoule

Composition:
Pentoxifylline 100 mg in 5 ml ampoule. Each box contains 50 amp

Dose: Infusion treatment: Intravenous infusion treatment should be started with 1 trentoximal ampoule
of 5 ml (100 mg) in 250 – 500 ml of infusion solution. This is given by IV drip over 60 min
The dose could be increased up to 1200 mg daily in 2 divided doses.
(6 amp., in 500 cc saline over 6 hours twice daily)
Intramuscular
One amp ., deep intramuscular injection 2-3 times daily

Indications: Chronic peripheral arterial disease e.g. chronic limb ischemia, diabetes mellitus
