Lacosamide 100mg

- Adult : As monotherapy 100 mg twice daily , for further control add 50 mg twice daily on weekly interval to max 400 mg/day.
- Pediatric : Children weight more than 50 kg use 50 mg twice daily for further control add 50 mg twice daily on weekly interval to max 400 mg / day as a monotherapy or combination.

- FDA : Focal epilepsy as monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy and adjunctive in PGTC ( primary generalized tonic clonic )
- EMA : Focal epilepsy with or without secondary generalized as monotherapy or as adjunctive therapy .
