Adult:More than 40 kg 400 mg / 12 hours followed by200mg/12 hours Less than 40 kg 200 mg/12 hours followed by 100 mg /12 hours Children:Age 12 – 14 years and wight 50 kg: 400 mg /12 hours followed by 200 mg / 12 hours

Serious fungal infections such as: invasive aspergillosis, esophageal candidiasis
