Manages and drives the sales process for prospective independent pharmacies under his/her responsibility, overseeing the entire operations of the pharmacies.

Duties include handle, overseeing in the onboarding process of new hires and ensuring pharmacies compliance with Egyptian Pharmaceutical laws and regulations.

Other responsibilities include handle all pharmacies sales and managing issues.

Job Description :

  • Manage daily operations of pharmacies
  • Set standards and objectives for different pharmacies’ and departments
  • Monitor and manage assigned growth and profitability for all and every pharmacy
  • Meets pharmacies sales objectives and targets at a profitable manner
  • Manage and execute of pharmacies policies and procedures
  • Pharmacies’ chain development, strategic and business planning to increase pharmacies selling channels
  • Manage orders and stock pharmacies supplies
  • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Assist upper management in decisions for expansion vertically and horizontally

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science
  • Post Graduate studies in clinical pharmacy is a plus
  • Prior work experience in the same field is a must
  • Holding a valid work license from Egyptian Pharmaceutical authorities
  • Proven experience as area manager for chain pharmacies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
